Credometrics supports clinical development through four service areas:
Clinical data management, statistical programming, biostatistics and pharmacometrics. Clients can engage each service independently or combine them according to their study requirements.

Clinical Data Management
We support the clinical data lifecycle, from study start-up, eCRF design and database development to data cleaning, medical coding, reconciliation, database lock and archival.

Statistical Programming and CDISC
We provide SAS and R programming services covering SDTM and ADaM datasets, Define-XML, Pinnacle 21 validation, tables, listings and figures (TLFs), integrated summaries of safety (ISS) and efficacy (ISE), and regulatory submission support.

Biostatistics
Our biostatistics services cover study design, sample size determination, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), randomisation, interim analyses, Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) support and contributions to clinical study reports (CSRs).

Pharmacometrics
We provide noncompartmental analysis (NCA), population pharmacokinetic modelling (PopPK), pharmacokinetic/ pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modelling, exposure-response analysis, simulation and model-informed drug development support.
Integrated Expertise
Our clinical data management team prepares and validates clinical data, while statistical programming transforms it into analysis-ready datasets and reporting outputs. Biostatistics evaluates treatment effects and outcomes, while pharmacometrics examines dose, exposure and response to inform development decisions. By bringing these services together, Credometrics delivers coordinated expertise and reliable evidence that empowers clients to make informed decisions and advance their clinical development programmes.
